Below are the hotel's terms of use. We advice you read through carefully for clarity

1. General Conditions

These Terms govern all guests, visitors, and users of our services. The hotel reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of hotel services after changes means acceptance of the updated Terms. The hotel is not responsible for interruptions due to maintenance, system failures, or factors beyond our control.

2. Reservations & Payment

A reservation is only confirmed after full payment, a deposit, or a valid card authorization. All guests must provide accurate personal information when booking. Prices may change without notice but confirmed bookings will retain their original price. The hotel reserves the right to cancel fraudulent, incomplete, or suspicious bookings. Guests are responsible for all taxes, service fees, and additional charges related to their booking.

3. Check-In & Check-Out

Standard check-in time: 2:00 PM. Standard check-out time: 12:00 PM. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may attract additional charges. All guests must present valid identification upon check-in.

4. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellations must be made according to the hotel's cancellation window. Refunds, when applicable, will be returned using the original payment method. No-shows will be charged 100% of the booking amount. Promotional or discounted bookings may be non-refundable.

5. Guest Responsibilities

Guests must behave respectfully toward hotel staff, other guests, and property. Guests will be held financially responsible for damage to hotel property, missing items (towels, electronics, décor), or stains/misuse of furniture. Children must be supervised at all times. Illegal activities of any kind are strictly prohibited.

6. Hotel Property & Damages

Any damage caused by the guest, intentionally or unintentionally, will be charged to their account. The hotel may charge the credit card on file after check-out for damages discovered later. Removal of hotel property is considered theft and will be reported.

7. Personal Belongings & Safety

Cash, Mobile phones, Laptops, Jewelry or valuables. Guests are encouraged to use in-room safes where available. The hotel is not responsible for vehicles or belongings left in the parking area. The hotel shall not be liable for accidents, injuries, medical conditions, or deaths occurring on its premises unless caused by proven negligence.

8. Cleanliness & Housekeeping

Housekeeping services are provided daily unless otherwise stated. Excessively dirty rooms may incur additional cleaning charges. Guests must not cook inside rooms unless explicitly equipped for cooking. The use of open flames—including candles, stoves, and fireworks—is strictly prohibited for safety reasons.

9. Facility Use

Guests must use shared facilities such as the pool, gym, lounge, bar, and conference rooms responsibly. The hotel may limit or deny access to facilities for maintenance, safety concerns, or misconduct. All posted rules within facility areas must be followed at all times.

The hotel provides internet access as a courtesy and does not guarantee constant availability, speed, or performance. The hotel is not responsible for data loss, slow connectivity, or interruptions. Guests must not use the network for illegal or harmful activities.

11. Alcohol, Smoking & Drug Policy

Smoking is permitted only in designated smoking areas; smoking inside rooms will attract penalties. Illegal drugs are strictly prohibited on the premises. Drunk, violent, or disorderly behavior may result in immediate removal from the hotel without refund.

12. Pet Policy

Pets are only permitted if the hotel explicitly allows them. Guests with pets must ensure proper cleanliness and are responsible for any damage caused. Service animals are permitted in accordance with national laws and regulations.

13. Visitors

All visitors must register at the reception before entering guest areas. Visitors are not allowed in guest rooms beyond the permitted visiting hours. The registered guest is fully responsible for the conduct and liabilities of their visitors.

14. Video Surveillance & Security

The hotel uses CCTV in public and common areas to enhance guest safety and security. Guests consent to being recorded in monitored zones. Cameras are never placed in private areas such as guest rooms or bathrooms.

15. Force Majeure

The hotel is not liable for failure to provide services due to events beyond its control, including natural disasters, power outages, government restrictions, strikes, riots, terrorism, or public health emergencies. In such cases, alternatives or adjustments may be provided where possible.

The hotel collects personal information solely for reservations, billing, safety, and service improvement. Data may be shared only when required for legal purposes, payment processing, or fraud prevention. Guest information is protected and handled with confidentiality.

The hotel's liability, where applicable, is limited to the total amount paid for the booking. The hotel is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, personal items, or business interruptions.

The hotel reserves the right to evict any guest involved in illegal activities, causing disturbances, damaging property, or refusing to settle charges. Evictions will be carried out without refund, and the guest remains liable for all damages or unpaid balances.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the applicable laws of Ghana. Any disputes arising from hotel services or stays will be handled exclusively by the courts with proper jurisdiction within that region.
